Joe Hudson’s Collision Center, the Alabama based Regional MSO, announced the acquisition of Davis-Green Paint and Body in Tyler, Texas. This will be the company’s 76th overall and 15th location in Texas.
Davis-Green Paint and Body has been repairing vehicles in Tyler since 1952 when William O. Davis Sr. and his brother-in-law Doug Green returned from the Korean War. In the 70s, William Davis Jr. returned back to Tyler, and purchased the business from Davis Sr. and his Uncle. Darren Davis purchased the business from his family in 2004.
