AutoClaims Direct (ACD) announced the release of artificial intelligence (AI) powered damage detection technology embedded within the company’s claims workflow platform, AutoLink.
AutoLink’s built-in AI engine now empowers insurers, desk auditors and estimators with the capability of damage detection in all types of vehicle losses. The technology works with traditional appraisals, ACD’s Self(ie) photo estimating app and desk reviews.
