Uni-Select Inc. (TSE:UNS) announced today the departure of Henry Buckley, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective immediately. Buckley has also stepped down as a member of the Board of Directors. The company also announced it was reviewing strategic alternatives for the future of its business.
André Courville, Chair of the Board, will assume the interim role of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and therefore has stepped down as Chair and member of all committees but will remain a member
