Rich Garcia Named Chief Financial Officer at OEConnection

OEConnection (OEC) announced the appointment of Rich Garcia as its new Chief Financial Officer. Garcia will be responsible for leading the company’s financial operations in conjunction with providing strategic financial direction. He will oversee the global accounting and finance teams, including responsibility for financial reporting, treasury, tax, business development, purchasing and business information systems functions.
