Auto physical damage indicators influencing the collision repair industry improved during the first quarter compared to last year. Claims and losses continue above year ago levels.
According to the latest available Fast Track Monitoring system data from the Independent Statistical Service Inc. (ISS), private passenger collision claims and losses increased in the U.S. during the 12 months to the first quarter of 2018 compared to the year ending with the first quarter of 2017.
