The California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) announced it has filed accusations of fraud against two collision repair centers. An accusation against FH & Sons Auto Body & Paint, a registered auto body shop located in Merced, Calif., has been filed before the Director of the Department of Consumer Affairs by the Chief of the BAR. The accusation, which alleges numerous violations of the Automotive Repair Act, includes acts of defrauding consumers and insurance companies of thousands of dollars. The case will be prosecuted by
