Wesco Group Acquires Auto Paint Specialties

Adds three store PPG distributor in western Washington State.

The Wesco Group Inc. announced it completed the acquisition of Auto Paint Specialties, a three store PPG Platinum distributor in western Washington State.

Wesco Autobody SupplyDan Gemeroy the President of APS will join the acquisition team at the Wesco Group.

“The decision became easy after working with Wesco, the transition couldn’t have been any smoother,” said Gemeroy. “I look forward to my next challenge after some travel and time away.”

“Dan will help with our acquisition efforts as we expand our footprint across the country,” says Roger Howe who heads up the acquisition
