The Wesco Group Inc. announced it completed the acquisition of United Paint Specialties, a two paint and body distribution store operation in Western Washington State.
“Pat Sherman the President of UPS will join the Wesco Group as an equity partner, and will help us grow as we expand our footprint across the country,” said Roger Howe of the Wesco Group, Inc.
Wesco has over 70 store, training center and distribution locations across the western U.S.
