SCA Launches National DRP Desk Review Program

SCA announced the introduction of its “Shop-Chek” DRP Desk Review Service designed specifically for insurers DRP programs. Unique handling profiles are created for each client’s DRP guidelines under the Shop-Chek program, with respect to alternate parts application, repair methodology, betterment and depreciation policies.

    No mention if the review process includes adherence to OE repair procedures. Hope so, as true peace of mind comes from knowing the vehicle was repaired correctly.
