SCA announced the introduction of its “Shop-Chek” DRP Desk Review Service designed specifically for insurers DRP programs. Unique handling profiles are created for each client’s DRP guidelines under the Shop-Chek program, with respect to alternate parts application, repair methodology, betterment and depreciation policies.
Each Shop-Chek review includes direct contact with the DRP shop manager, a full review of the vehicle photos, detailed review of the shops estimate and even a review of frame dimensioning printouts when applicable – A detailed audit of the repairs as presented by the shop vs. a typical “Desk Review”.
