PPG MVP Business Solutions Course Emphasizes Customer Experience

PPG MVP Business Solutions announced it has scheduled its “Elevating the Customer Experience” class. The next class will be held April 4-5 in Glen Burnie, Md. More information about the course and a link to the schedule is available online.

The course’s objective is to provide collision repair center owners, managers, sales staff and estimators with the skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service. A key part of the MVP Business Development Series, the two-day class is offered at various locations including PPG Business Development Centers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
