Fix Auto USA announced the promotion of Landon Thompson to the role of Vice President of Field Operations and appointment of Greg Carter to the role of Director of Franchise Development to its management team.
Thompson has accepted the role of Vice President of Field Operations, previously Senior Director of Field Operations. In his expanded role, Thompson will be responsible for Fix Auto USA’s network performance and ensuring DRP compliance with our insurance partners. Under Thompson’s leadership, the Fix Auto USA network performance has consistently ranked at or near the top of industry performance measurements.
