Indiana Senate Bill 164 (SB 164) that seeks to place anti-steering restriction on both collision repair facilities and insurers is on the agenda for the Senate Insurance and Financial Institutions Committee meeting this Thursday, January 11.
As our January 3 article explained, the legislation seeks to define and prohibit several practices by both collision repair facilities and insurance companies that affect their relationships with customers.
