Boyd enters Tennessee market with purchase of nine location MSO.
The Boyd Group Inc. announced acquisitions of collision repair centers in Tennessee and Toronto, Ontario. On October 27 Boyd acquired a multi-store operation (MSO) in Tennessee, consisting of nine collision repair centers located in the Nashville region. The MSO was founded in 1970 and previously operated as Auto Art Body Shop. The centers will initially be co-branded as Gerber-Auto Art and will transition to Gerber Collision & Glass over the next few months.
