The Auto Care Association and the Equipment and Tool Institute (ETI) have announced support for the vehicle data access and control amendment that was included in the U.S. Senate Bill 1885 (S1885), the “American Vision for Safer Transportation through Advancement of Revolutionary Technologies” (AV START) Act.
