39 North Capital, LLC has acquired the Maaco location in Maple Shade, N.J. through its 39N Maaco affiliate. With this transaction, 39N Maaco now owns seven Maaco paint and collision centers across the Northeast.
Maaco Maple Shade also holds a Heavy Duty license to paint and repair trucks, buses and other oversized vehicles.
39N, backed by the Eastbridge Group, a Manhattan-based family office with $1.0 billion plus of assets under management, created 39N Maaco in 2016 to pursue a growth strategy in the automotive industry.
