Autologic Diagnostics Inc., an Opus Group AB (STO:OPUS) subsidiary, has acquired MVDS, LLC d/b/a Farsight. The purchase is valued at $1.2 million. Closing is anticipated for early August 2017. After the acquisition, Farsight will be integrated with Autologic and its 20 employees will relocate to the nearby Autologic offices in Commack, New York within 90 days after closing.
Opus acquired Autologic in June.
