Collision repair shops reporting higher sales and earnings overall compared to 2016 decreased during the first quarter.
The CollisionWeek quarterly survey of business conditions reported by collision repair facility owners and managers indicates that the overall percentage of facilities with higher sales decreased in the first quarter of 2017 compared to 2016. The overall percentage reporting higher sales was down 1.6 percentage points below the fourth quarter of 2016 result. The results remains 9.9 points above the average since CollisionWeek began the research in 2002.
