Uni-Select Inc. (TSE:UNS), announced that its Bumper to Bumper subsidiary has completed the acquisition of KC Distributing Inc. with one location in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada.
KC Distributing is a family-owned enterprise, with over 30 professionals, that provides automotive products including paint and body supplies to the southwestern Ontario market.
