Mitchell Second Quarter 2017 Industry Trends Report Examines OEM and Non-OEM Collision Repair Part Pricing

According to Mitchell data, from 2010 to 2016, the average price difference between OEM and aftermarket parts declined by almost eight percent for domestic vehicles. Issue also examines how insurance industry is using artificial intelligence.

Mitchell today released its Industry Trends Report (ITR) for the second quarter of 2017. In this edition, Mitchell executives take a look at how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used in the insurance industry, the use of scanning tools for complex collision repairs and compares collision repair parts pricing for OEM and non-OEM parts.
