Axalta Coating Systems (NYSE:AXTA) announced it has signed an agreement to acquire CH Coatings AG, an importer and distributor throughout Switzerland of Spies Hecker, one of Axalta’s refinish brands, in addition to Axalta’s line of industrial coatings and powder coatings.
