Property Casualty Insurers Association concerned language on replacement parts in guide may confuse consumers and collision repair shops.
The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) is concerned that the Consumer Guide to Insurance and Auto Body Repair released on May 25 by Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood may confuse and mislead both consumers and collision repair facilities.
In a statement released in response to the publication of the guide, Joe Woods, vice president, state government relations for PCI said, “While PCI generally appreciates all efforts to educate consumers on auto body repairs, we are disappointed with the Consumer Guide

Sounds like adequate language to me. As usual the insurer wants everything as vague as possible.
