CIECA Issues Statement Clarifying Position on Standards versus Business Models

Standards developer says it is inappropriate to identify its standards as reason for business model changes.

The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) released a statement clarifying its position on its standards versus how those standards are used by the industry.

In a press release CIECA stated:
