The CollisionWeek quarterly survey of business conditions reported by collision repair facility owners and managers indicates that the overall percentage of facilities with higher sales decreased in the fourth quarter of 2016 compared to 2015. The overall percentage reporting higher sales was down 3.8 percentage points below the third quarter result. The results remain over 12 points above the average since CollisionWeek began the research in 2002.
