On Feb. 11, RGI Spray Booth Company opened its second location in Tracy, Calif. at a Grand Opening that was attended by 300 collision repair professionals, product distributors, assorted vendors and guests. For the first time, visitors were able to tour this new 60,000 sq. ft. facility that will be used as a manufacturing plant, warehouse and showroom and employing 20 people.
Sales Manager Napoleon Garcia is proud of this new facility, which will complement his company’s original location in Ontario, Calif. that was established in 2013.
“We have big plans for the Bay Area, because there are more shops there, which means more opportunities,” Garcia said. “We have seen so much growth in this area within the last four years that we decided to establish a location in Tracy.”
RGI Spray Booth Company’s new facility is in a prime location to achieve its goals to expand its market. Garcia said, “We are 90 minutes from Santa Cruz, Sacramento and San Francisco, so we are in a great position to cover northern California aggressively, as well as into Seattle and even parts of Canada.
With six sales reps working the region and selling into more than a dozen other industries in addition to collision repair, RGI Spray Booth Company is ready to hit the ground running.
“We are all about customer service here at RGI and that is why we’ve succeeded in southern California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico through of our Ontario, CA location,” Garcia said. “So this is a logical progression of what we’ve been doing now for the past four years.”
In addition to making paint booths and painting accessories, RGI is a distributor of a wide range of collision repair equipment, including StarAliner, Titanium, Signature, Innovative, Infinity, DV Systems and Prima Welding.
