Iowa Bill Seeks to Define Unfair or Deceptive Collision Repair Practices by Insurers

Bill would add section to Iowa Code defining unlawful insurance practices including steering, collision parts usage, and vendor requirements.

Iowa Senate File 81 (SF 81) introduced by Senator Brad Zaun seeks to add a section to the Chapter 507B of the Iowa Code on Insurance Trade Practices to define several unfair motor vehicle repair practices in the practice of insurance.
