Legislation seeking to eliminate requirement to use OEM collision repair parts during warranty period scheduled for hearing tomorrow.
Arkansas Senate Bill 291 (SB 291), that seeks to repeal the requirement that original equipment collision repair parts be used when a vehicle is under warranty, is scheduled for a hearing tomorrow at 10 a.m. before the Senate Committee on Insurance and Commerce.
