CIECA MSO Summit Seeks to Move Collision Repair Industry Forward

The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) recently hosted a Top-2-Top MSO Summit. This exclusive group of industry thought leaders included Presidents and Chief Information and Technology Officers who represent approximately 80 percent of the Multiple Shop Operator (MSO) categorized operations in the country. This was the first of many meetings to create a higher-level platform for the industry.
