AutoNation, Inc. (NYSE:AN) announced that William “Bill” Berman, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been named President and Chief Operating Officer, effective February 1. Mike Jackson will continue as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AutoNation.
Mr. Berman has 30 years of retail automotive experience, including vast experience with used vehicle and parts and service businesses. Mr. Berman has served as EVP and COO of the company since 2015.
