Starting in February, insurance company labor rate surveys in California will need to follow a process outlined by the Department of Insurance. On Wednesday, the Department published its final text of its new regulation detailing a standardized labor rate survey process that will address concerns about some insurance company labor rate surveys it believes did not fairly measure labor rates.
