Mitchell Update Provides Communications for Non-DRP Collision Repair Shops

Mitchell Connect will facilitate communication between collision repair shops and insurers in both North America and Europe regardless of DRP participation.

Mitchell International today announced an update to Mitchell Connect, its web-based workflow solution for collision repair shops, that allows shops to receive assignments, and send estimates, photos and other documents to insurance companies, even if they are not in a carrier’s Direct Repair Program (DRP).
