The growth in traffic in the U.S. continues during August. All regions reported higher traffic volume in August versus 2015.
Travel for the month of August is estimated at 284.9 billion vehicle miles nationwide according to the most recent data released by the Federal Highway Administration. The August result continues the trend of increased driving that had led to the growth in both auto physical damage insurance claims and collision repair industry volume.
