Safelite Solutions Adding 1000 Customer Service Representatives to Support  Claims Management Business

Safelite Solutions announced that it was adding 1,000 new customer service representative (CSR) seats at its new Rio Rancho Contact Center that will open next year. Safelite Solutions also is in the process of remodeling and expanding its existing center in Chandler, Ariz. By February 2017, Safelite will have Customer Service Representative seat capacity of 3,150; more than 50 percent higher than its existing 2,000.
