Saint-Gobain Acquires 320 Location Glass Repair Franchise in France

Saint-Gobain announced it has completed the acquisition of France Pare-Brise, which has the second largest automotive glass repair and replacement franchise Saint-Gobain logonetwork in France with 320 locations. France Pare-Brise serves insurance companies, corporate fleets, car rental and leasing companies as well as retail customers.

Saint-Gobain produces automotive glass for automakers and for the replacement market, and it also distributes and fits this glass. According to the company, the acquisition of this franchise with significant growth potential allows Saint-Gobain to consolidate its positionsin the replacement market in Europe, where the group is already present in nine countries.
