Safelite Group announced an agreement to acquire AAA Mobile Glass, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of AAA Carolinas. Additionally, Safelite will become the preferred partner for members of AAA Carolinas for auto glass repair and replacement needs. The transaction was completed at the close of business September 30.
AAA Carolinas serves approximately 2 million members throughout the Carolinas. All AAA Mobile Glass employees will join the Safelite team, enhancing the ability to serve AAA Carolinas members through Safelite’s 15 store locations and mobile service in North and South Carolina.
