In late June, BASF held the first meeting of its eigth and newest Performance Group, specifically formed to focus on Advanced Process Solutions (APS) processes. This performance group brings together body shop owners and managers from across the country, who want to focus on measuring and improving cycle and touch times, changing their shop culture and improving leadership and communication skills.
Group VIII members are all APS-certified and are invited to this group to help each other grow and take full advantage of BASF’s APS program. Participants learn and share best practices from other shops focused on implementing the APS
