Color Source, Inc., the San Francisco Bay Area PBE distributor, hosted another client luncheon in July featuring Mike Anderson from Collision Advice.
In this second of an ongoing series of lunch events, Anderson focused on “Thriving not just Surviving” as collision repairers. For the 40+ owners in attendance, Mike kept them on the edge of their seats during the discussion which centered around three key areas; Sales/Marketing, Production and Finance/HR.
