Michigan Governor Rick Snyder yesterday vetoed House Bill 4344 (HB4344) that revised the state’s Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Act (MVRSA). In a letter to the legislature outlining the reasons for vetoing the legislation Gov. Snyder explained his objections to language placing restrictions on the use of non-OEM collision repair parts.
