The Michigan Senate yesterday approved a revised House Bill 4344 (HB 4344) that proposes an extensive update of the state’s Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Act. The bill, amended and approved by a vote of 86-23 in the House of Representative on May 31 was passed by the State Senate by a vote of 33-3.
