OEM parts dealers and their collision repair facility customers can now use a single streamlined workflow for electronic parts ordering with the software integration of PartsTrader and OE Connection’s CollisionLink. Development of the integration was announced by the companies last summer, and over 1,700 dealers are currently using this integration streamline ordering and fulfillment, while providing easier access to OEM parts pricing programs.
“With the integration enabled, our parts team is able to match parts numbers quickly and efficiently. Incorrect parts numbers are quickly identified and corrected, saving us considerable time, especially on larger jobs,” said Steve Richardson, Parts Manager
