The Boyd Group Inc. (TSE:BYD.UN) announced the acquisition of a collision repair center in Hudson, Ohio, that previously operated as Clarke Collision Center. Hudson is in northeast Ohio about 28 miles south of Cleveland and 15 miles north of Akron. The facility will operate under the Gerber brand.
