A proposal to define the requirements for repair facilities capable of performing non-structural/cosmetic repair, structural repair and advance material repairs is drawing mixed reviews from collision repair associations that have conflicting opinions on the effort. With support coming from what could be considered “Glass Half Full” optimists contrasted with those of “Glass Half Empty” pessimists.
