The Safelite Group announced it has reached an agreement to acquire AAA Mid-Atlantic Auto Glass LLC, a joint venture owned by subsidiaries of AAA Club Alliance and Club Assist. Additionally, Safelite will become the preferred partner for members of all Clubs associated with AAA Club Alliance for auto glass repair and replacement needs. The transaction was completed at the close of business on April 8.
