FinishMaster, Inc., the subsidiary of Uni-Select Inc. (TSE:UNS), announced it has completed the acquisition of the Annex Group Inc., expanding FinishMaster’s footprint in the state of Washington and across three major metropolitan markets in California.
Founded in 1983, Annex has nine locations in the Seattle, Everett and Tacoma markets in the state of Washington and the Los Angeles/Orange County, San Diego, and San Francisco, California metropolitan markets.
