The Cambridge Automotive Group (CAG) announced the acquisition of two Maaco licenses in Houston, Texas from former owners Dick and Jane Williams. With this transaction, CAG now owns 24 Maaco shops across the country.
“The Williams family built a great business with a solid foundation, and we’re excited to partner with Dick and Jane’s son Drew to continue their family’s legacy of strong operations,” said Ken Ratliff, Co-President of Cambridge Automotive Group.
This is CAG’s second transaction in Texas this year. In January, CAG obtained a single Maaco shop formerly owned by Jim and Lindy Devitt.
