CARSTAR Canada announced that its newest Express store, CARSTAR Express Tecumseh Road West, is officially open. The facility is located at 1474 Tecumseh Road West in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and is owned and operated by multi-CARSTAR store owners Dennis Carlini and David Carlini.
