The Boyd Group Inc. (TSE: BYD.UN) announced that it has added five collision repair centers in the Oregon region through the acquisition of J&M Body Shops in the Portland area. J&M Body Shops, was founded in 1975 in Oregon City. It was acquired on March 21, and will operate as under the Gerber Collision & Glass brand.
