Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman and Department of Taxation and Finance Commissioner Boone announced March 9 the guilty plea of Ronald Ustica, Jr., 47, owner of R&U Auto Body, Inc., headquartered in Merrick, N.Y.. Ustica pleaded guilty in Albany County Court to Criminal Tax Fraud in the Second Degree, a Class C felony.
