KPA Acquires Environmental Compliance and Remediation Inc.

KPA, the provider of automotive dealership management software and services, announced acquisition of Environmental Compliance & Remediation, Inc. (ECR), an environmental compliance organization focused on providing services to clients on the West Coast.

Founded in 1993, ECR helps companies to protect their workforce, the environment, and the public while meeting regulatory guidelines. Their environmental engineers, hazardous material professionals, and worker safety specialists deliver current information and technology to clients, bringing them into compliance in all areas of occupational health and safety. Specifically, ERC helps organizations comply with federal, state, environmental, and worker safety regulations including EPA, OSHA, NFPA, Air Quality
