CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts has named Christina Rivera as its newest Area Director of Operations. In her new role, Rivera will provide operational direction to coach, counsel, and consult CARSTAR franchisees in the Northeast Region, encompassing Massachusetts, Connecticut, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia. Rivera will report to Melissa Miller, CARSTAR’s Vice President of Operations.

Rivera has worked in the collision repair industry since 1998. She brings with her a wealth of experience covering every aspect of running a quality collision repair shop.
