Uni-Select Inc. (TSE:UNS), a distributor of automotive products in Canada and parent company of FinishMaster, Inc., announced that it has completed the acquisition, through one of its Canadian subsidiaries, of the remaining 50 percent equity interest of Colwood-Langford Auto Supply Ltd and the assets of B.H. McFarlane Automotive Inc.
Colwood, a member of Uni-Select since 1994, has been a wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products since 1970. Their team has served the market for over 45 years from 8 locations on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, British Columbia.
